Solder resist masks

Lacquer typesWithin the meaning of the standard these lacquers are no insulating lacquers. The lacquers are liquid photoimageable lacquers based on epoxy/acrylate. We recommend that the surface of the solder resist lacquer be tested for compatibility with the fluxing, soldering and cleaning processes prior to board assembly.
By default, we use the photoimageable solder resist lacquer for curtain coating application type GL 2467 SG-DG (silk-glossy dark green) made by Lackwerke Peters. This solder resist is used as a standard even if the customer has specified a different type.

If specified by the customer different colours of photoimageable
solder resist lacquers for screen printing application can be used:
