Data formats

Manufacturing data quality requirements
The data shall include an information file containing the names of all related files and their particular purpose. Data and documents must be unambiguous.
Example:

Richter.GBL = Copper pattern soldering side
Richter.GTL = Copper pattern component side

If there are several documents and sets of data which might possibly contain discrepancies please note that we will not do any reconciliation. Any risks and quality deficiencies that might arise from such discrepancies are born by the customer. The execution of your order will always be based on your digital data.

All data must have the same identical point of origin.

Drilling data
SM1000/SM3000 and Excellon Format.
An unambiguous identification of non-plated-through holes shall be given in the drill rack file.
Example:

T01 1,0mm plated
T02 3,1mm non plated

Via holes must be defined by a separate drilling tool. Dimensional drawings will not be checked against the drilling data.

Milling data
The data to create the board contour must be supplied in a separate Gerber file. Dimensional drawings will not be checked against the milling data. The contour data must not be contained in any other data layer.
